1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd85 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd85 website located at https://bd85.club, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the bd85 website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bd85 platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the bd85 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bd85 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services offered by bd85, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account on the bd85 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd85 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bd85 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at bd85's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and may vary for bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bd85 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk assessment.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's bd85 account within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within the same business day for mobile wallet methods, subject to bd85's standard security checks. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. bd85 reserves the right to require this as a condition of withdrawal processing.
• Fees: bd85 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own charges, for which bd85 bears no responsibility.

All deposits to bd85 must originate from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds into your bd85 account from a third party, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd85 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets on cricket and sports markets, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL cricket season, and other Bangladesh cultural occasions.

All bonuses and promotions offered by bd85 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, the default is 30x the bonus amount.

• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse of Bonuses: bd85 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts where it determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: bd85 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to change wagering requirements, reduce maximum bonus amounts, or discontinue a promotion entirely.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bd85, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using any false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, sports betting markets, or any other part of the bd85 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or loopholes in any bd85 game or feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit at the expense of bd85's legitimate business interests.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the bd85 platform's software, security systems, or underlying technology.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any content on the bd85 platform that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to disguise your true geographic location.

bd85 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on a continuous basis. Players whose accounts trigger fraud alerts may be subject to enhanced verification requirements, temporary withdrawal holds, or immediate account restriction pending investigation. bd85 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of suspected criminal activity connected to the platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bd85 platform — including but not limited to the bd85 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd85 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd85 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bd85 content without express written permission.
• Use the bd85 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a written agreement in place with bd85.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the bd85 website on any other website or digital platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, proprietary legends, or brand identifiers found anywhere on the bd85 platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to bd85 for use on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of third-party game content is subject to the intellectual property protections of those studios in addition to bd85's own rights.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd85 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by bd85.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against bd85 through their payment provider.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bd85 staff or other platform users.
• Determination by bd85 that continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at bd85's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for any reason not related to player fault (for example, a business decision to withdraw services from a specific region), bd85 will return the verified account balance to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting the bd85 support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive marketing communications from bd85.

bd85 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other loss arising from the suspension or closure of a player account, whether such closure is initiated by bd85 or by the player themselves, provided bd85 has acted in accordance with these Terms.
